Learn chalk art to create gifts and your own decor, or as a home based business.

Over the next year I will be publishing a book and tutorials which will be available for downloading or accessing online.

Prerequisites: You must have artistic ability, whether it be painting or drawing. You should also have an understanding of lettering and some experience in that area. This course will not teach you 'art' from the ground up.

My book will teach you from scratch about creating blackboard menus and signs. There will be no holding back... all will be revealed.

Subjects will include:

Materials, illustrating (what and how), lettering, layouts, techniques, simple projects, dealing with clients and tips, all supported by a multitude of photos.

Tutorials will provide step by step, blow by blow instructions and photos of some of my works. From basic 'specials' blackboards to feature boards like the one below.

They will also include mistakes (yes, I still make them) and how to correct them.

New tutorials will be added every year and will be accessible for those wanting to subscribe to an ongoing membership.

An online forum or discussion board will eventually be implemented for like minded people who would like to ask questions and share their knowledge.

You will have my full support by email should you have any questions throughout and after your learning process. I will be more than happy to critique your work and offer advice.
