Hi, my name is Nina Johnson. Formally I gained my Diploma of Art, majoring in Illustration, way back in 1983. However, I have worked as a ticket writer and blackboard artist since 1996.

If you've been reluctant to refurbish existing, or introduce new blackboards to your establishment because of cost, please contact me. I welcome potential customers to give me the opportunity to show just how competitive my prices are.

Together we can achieve a great result within your price range. All boards are sealed, leaving them smudge proof, so you can clean them and change the (unsealed) chalk prices, when required.

Because Blackboard Artworx chalk art is freighted nation wide, I don't get the chance to see where your creations will reside. So, if you can provide photos, printed materials which are currently in use, an idea of colours, decor and or themes...it would assist me greatly in designing a blackboard to suit your premises.

All customers receive layouts prior to job commencement to ensure we're both happy with the end result.

Having been self employed, a business partner and an employee of large and medium companies, I appreciate all aspects of business and understand the importance of advertising, customer service and budgeting.

Although I enjoy creating any artwork, I relish the challenge of designing pieces that are unique and individual. I believe sign work shouldn't just advertise, it should entice, create ambience and entertain.
