appear discretely on every board.
Layouts will be provided after acceptance of quote
Quotes are valid for 6 months
Job will not commence until after approval of layout - in writing
and receipt of 25% deposit or full payment
Cancellation - payment will be required for partial or fully
completed work (photos will be provided)

ALL boards are for indoor or weather/sunlight protected areas
ONLY
ALL work (except prices) is sealed unless specified
Photos will be provided for your approval, before delivery is
arranged - Please check spelling etc. before approval.
Full payment is required prior to delivery....NO exceptions!
FREIGHT - your blackboards are covered for damage during transit.
If sent by Australia Post, they are covered automatically for
$100.00, cover above this amount is charged accordingly. Consignments
sent by freight company are covered under the following conditions:
MOST IMPORTANT: Please inform whoever will be receiving the package
to immediately inspect the packaging for any visible damage. Unpack
the blackboard within 48 hours. The conditions of the Transport
Assurance company are as follows:
If damage or loss occurs, you need to make a claim to me (Blackboard
Artworx) within 3 days of delivery. If I do not receive a claim
within 3 days, my Transport Assurance claim will be void and I
cannot replace your blackboard free of charge (not including freight
costs).
If the goods were damaged, you need to include a minimum of two
digital photos of the damage to the goods. One photo needs to
show the goods and the damage sustained. The second photo needs
to show how the goods were packaged (box and packaging material).
More than two photos is preferable.
